Both. For well-defined projects, we prefer fixed-price contracts to eliminate budget uncertainty for you. For evolving products (startups, iterative development), a time-and-materials model with monthly sprint planning is more appropriate. We'll recommend the right model for your situation.

Our minimum project engagement is ₹3 lakhs. For smaller needs like UI/UX design or API integrations, we offer fixed-scope packages starting at ₹75,000.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussions about your business requirements, systems, or proprietary processes. Your IP is safe with us.

Our primary stack is React / Next.js (frontend), Node.js / Python (backend), PostgreSQL / MongoDB (database), and AWS / GCP (cloud). For mobile, we use React Native and Flutter. We choose technology based on what best fits your requirements — not what's fashionable.

Yes. Upon final payment, all intellectual property — code, designs, documentation — is fully transferred to you. You can take it to any other developer or team at any time.

Absolutely. We work with existing systems regularly — adding features to legacy codebases, integrating with third-party APIs, or building new modules that plug into your current infrastructure. We'll assess your existing stack during discovery.

We offer three tiers of post-launch support: (1) 3-month warranty included with all projects — bug fixes at no charge. (2) Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for ongoing bug fixes, minor enhancements, and priority support. (3) Dedicated support retainer for businesses needing a standing development capacity.

For AMC clients: Critical issues (system down) — 2 hours. High priority — 8 hours. Normal priority — 24 hours. We also provide a client portal for ticket tracking.

Yes. All our products are built on flexible architectures that allow module-level customisation. We can add custom fields, modify workflows, build custom reports, and develop bespoke integrations for your specific needs.

Yes. instiERP supports all GST-related operations: GST-ready invoicing, e-Invoice generation, e-Way Bill, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B reports, and reconciliation. It is updated with every GST circular amendment.

Yes. instiHMS supports HL7 v2.x and ASTM protocols for integration with most laboratory analysers. We also support DICOM for radiology equipment (PACS/RIS integration). Equipment-specific integration requires a scoping exercise.
